Annual paid in full membership is available to:

• employees who are paid by the University of Nottingham
• employees of Nottingham Venues
• staff members employed on a casual basis (minimum 3 month employment contract) - please contact our Membership Officer on to purchase
• retired University of Nottingham staff - please contact our Membership Officer to purchase

Annual paid in full memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note, this membership starts from the date of joining and will not automatically renew. You will receive a renewal notice on the final month of your membership. Cancellations may be granted under the following circumstances - please click here for details.

Staff health and fitness vouchers - 12 voucher

Our new Staff Health and Fitness vouchers offer a flexible way to access our award-winning health and fitness facilities. For just £55 you can purchase 12 vouchers - an exclusive discount on our Pay as You Go prices.

Your vouchers allow access to all activities included in our standard staff membership including our fitness suites, classes, swimming pool, health and wellbeing suite, climbing wall, indoor courts and Staff Active sessions.

You can use your vouchers at David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee sports centre, Sutton Bonington sports centre or Kings Meadow Campus fitness suite and redeem up to 2 vouchers per day.

The vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

50% discount Disability Membership

Here at University of Nottingham Sport, we're committed to ensuring everyone can benefit from staying active with us.

We offer 50% discount on our annual packages for disabled staff through our Disability Referral Scheme.

Direct relatives

Staff sports and fitness members may add up to three friends and family members to their membership at any one time. These friends and family members will pay the same annual / monthly membership fee for our staff package.

Linked membership is available for friends and family aged 16 years and over. 

Enrolment for this offer may be completed at any of our sports centres - the current sports and fitness member must be present at the time of joining, but will not then need to accompany you on future visits. 

If aged 16 or 17, please note you will need to provide contact details of a parent or guardian at the time of joining.
