Step 1: Send digital evidence of your eVisa*
You will need to ensure you have set up your UKVI account and linked it to your eVisa, so that you can send us digital evidence of your eVisa by completing our Digital Visa Status form as soon as possible before your arrival.
We will also ask for evidence of your date of entry to the UK such as a boarding pass or eticket and your visa decision email (if you have not received an entry clearance vignette sticker). You will also be asked to generate a share code so that you can view and prove your immigration status to the university.

*If you are studying with us for only one semester and travelling for a short stay (up to 6 months), and have permission to travel via the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) Scheme, or a Visitor Visa, you only need to complete step 2. Do not complete the Digital Visa Status form.
Step 2: Complete in-person registration
In-person registration can be completed at any student service centre, within opening hours, no appointment is required.
Before presenting at the student service centre, please make sure you have completed Step 1. Please also bring your original passport with you (copies cannot be accepted).
Refer to our registration deadlines to see when you must be registered by. Please check our late arrivals webpage for more detail and advice on arriving after the start date of your course.
Once you have completed both in-person registration and online registration, you will receive a confirmation email to your university email account to verify your registration is complete.
