Guest tickets

Each graduating student attending a ceremony can purchase up to two guest tickets during the registration process. Tickets cost £15 each and can be purchased until 12 noon on Friday 14 November via our ticket partner, Ede and Ravenscroft, after you have completed registration in NottinghamHub.

Guest tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands, which will allow each guest entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and guest wristbands will be handed out when you check-in on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

 

How to order

Once you've registered to attend your ceremony in NottinghamHub:

  1. Visit Ede and Ravenscroft website (you'll also find the link in the registration form)
  2. Sign in using your registered email and password
    If signing in for the first time, you'll need to register your account and select your student ticket first
  3. Use the drop-down arrow button to select the number of guest tickets you'd like to purchase (maximum of two), then click continue
  4. If you wish, you can also order your gown at this stage by clicking on the 'Academic Dress' tab 
  5. Go to your basket (top-right corner) to review your tickets and gown (if applicable), then proceed to checkout

Extra guest tickets

Depending on availability, extra guest tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Tuesday 18 November until 5pm on Friday 21 November via Ede and Ravenscroft. 

If you're eligible to purchase extra tickets online, you'll receive a booking link via email when sales open.

Important information:

  • Extra tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are, unfortunately, not guaranteed.
  • Ticket sales are limited for each ceremony, and the number of additional tickets available will depend on how many seats remain after the initial release.
  • Extra tickets cost £15 each, and payment can only be made by card.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information.
  • If any tickets remain after this round of sales, they may be available to purchase in person on the day of your ceremony for £15 each (card payment only).

Live stream venue tickets

For those who are unable to purchase a ceremony hall ticket (or prefer a quieter venue), there is a live stream venue where you can watch the ceremony and then join in the celebrations at the post-ceremony event. Tickets cost £7.50 each and include a celebratory drink and sweet treat.

Live stream venue tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Tuesday 18 November via Ede and Ravenscroft and also in person on the day of your ceremony, depending on availability.

If you're eligible to purchase live stream event tickets online, you'll receive a booking link via email.

Prefer to watch it from home?

The ceremonies will be streamed live and are free for you to view online.
